Refund Policy

30-day no-questions-asked refund. If Vestige opti doesn't tighten your frametimes, doesn't feel right, or you just changed your mind — email support@vestigeopti.com within 30 days of purchase and we'll refund. No survey. No "what could we have done better". No friction.

What you get back

The full amount you paid, refunded to the same card or payment method you used. Refunds normally arrive within 3–10 business days, depending on your bank.

How to request a refund

Email support@vestigeopti.com with:

The email you used to buy
Your license key (or the masked form, e.g. ABCD-…-WXYZ) if you have it handy — but we can look it up from the purchase email if not
Optionally: one line on what didn't work for you. Honest feedback is always welcome, but it's not required for the refund.

We'll confirm receipt within 24 hours and issue the refund within 3 business days of confirmation.

What happens to your license

Refunded licenses are revoked immediately. The desktop app will detect the revocation on its next online check (within ~30 minutes) and return to the activation screen. Locally cached tweak settings remain on disk — refund doesn't roll back changes you've already made to your PC. Use the Backups tab inside the app to undo specific tweaks before requesting the refund if you want a clean rollback.

After 30 days

Past the 30-day window we generally can't refund — that's the deal that lets us keep the price at $20 instead of $50+ that other "optimizers" charge to cover refund fraud. Two exceptions:

If the Software is broken on your system for a reason that's our fault (a bug we introduced) and we can't fix it within a reasonable time after you report it, we'll refund regardless of the window.
If your account is closed by us for a reason unrelated to your conduct (e.g., we discontinue the product), we'll prorate a refund based on time elapsed since your purchase.

Chargebacks

Please email us before opening a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks cost us about $25 in fees per dispute regardless of outcome, and they automatically revoke your license. A direct email refund is faster for you and cheaper for us. We have never declined a good-faith refund within the 30-day window.

Trial / free options

Vestige opti runs in a limited "diagnostics-only" mode without a license, so you can verify the app works on your system and run the Analysis scan before paying. The full tweak surface unlocks after activation.

Subscriptions

Vestige opti is a one-time payment, not a subscription, so there's no recurring billing to cancel. Future plans (e.g., a team / cyber-cafe SKU) may include a subscription option; that will be clearly labeled at purchase if and when it's offered.
